If you fancy flying to Las Vegas on Virgin Atlantic for just £255 return, check this out…
Virgin Atlantic is currently offering direct flights to Las Vegas for an astonishing £255 return. Departures are from London’s Gatwick Airport and are available on a range of travel dates between November 2018 and March 2019. These are basic economy fares which give you the full on-board service of meals, snacks and drinks, and a cabin suitcase. It should be noted that a hold suitcase is not included in this fare, but can be added on for approximately £30 each way.
Considering a return train ticket between London and Manchester often costs in excess of this, I think this is an absolute steal of a deal.
Here are some example dates: 2nd – 9th December, 3rd – 14th December, 10th – 24th December, 9th – 16th January.
The city of Las Vegas is a world-renowned resort city with loads of fun things to do. These include shopping, night life, entertainment and plentiful dining options. It’s no surprise therefore that it’s regarded as the “Entertainment Capital of the World”…!
Why not combine this with a cheap secret hotel? Our recent post on secret rate hotels provides a walkthrough on how to bag a 5-star Vegas resort hotel for a 3-star price.
Here’s how to find the cheapest fares described above:
1. Find the cheapest dates on offer using Google flights. Make it easier to find this fare by filtering the search to ‘non-stop only’ under ‘Stops’, and ‘Virgin Atlantic’ under ‘airlines’. This particular fare is showing up as £281 on Google flights (which is the price for booking direct from Virgin Atlantic).
2. Once you’ve done so, plug your dates into a flight comparison site such as Momondo or Skyscanner, and click through to the cheapest travel agent. In this case, both Travel Trolley and Fly Sharp are offering the £255 fare. It’s as simple as that!
